Working hard will more than likely lead to a job well done but that doesn't mean that you will be appreciated for your efforts. Without any direct praise to guide us we are left filling the gap of doubt with job satisfaction. If we only see our contribution through the eyes of the ones that have pushed our efforts aside and ignored anything positive that we may have contributed to a job well done then our well-being will be at the mercy of the unreasonable. This is why it is important that we should learn to rely on our self when it comes to lifting us up when we feel down because the best thing we can do for us is to not give others the power to make us feel what we should be capable of feeling on our own. It is important that we recognise our efforts are necessary and that our efforts do lead to a job well done and no amount of selective praise will make us feel that we do not fit the requirements to receive any direct praise especially in what seems to be praise free zone when it comes to our contribution to a job well done. One thing you should never forget is you determine your own worth not others so remember the moment you do forget is the moment others will determine your worth.
