I keep on hearing stories that people are addicted to their phones as if they are doing only one thing but what the stories fail to mention is that people are mainly using their phones for internet access so blaming the device as the addiction problem when it is just the tool that allows them to get the information they search for on the world wide web. My phone is only used to call people 5 percent of the time it's used majority of the time for checking emails, paying bills, shopping, taking photos, social networking, Audible, Netflix, surfing the net and game playing so taking away a phone which is like a mini computer in the palms of your hand will only remove the easy access that once used to take so much time in your life. If you would rather go back to the time where you had to come home before you got your message, post letters and wait a week for a response, carry a camera all the time and go to the post office to pay a bill then don't get a smartphone. We are addicted to being entertained and information the phone can get us not the phone.
We all have moments where we feel we've lost our mind, and a little mind rescue is the only way of getting us back on track. So open up and share your problems with the world because two brains are better than one. The more people that get involved the bigger the brainstorm and the better your chances of solving your dilemma. TODAY I
Today I realised that if you stir the pot with the company you keep you can only blame yourself for opening the pathways to your mirrored behaviour. If you dish it you have to accept the fact that you are more than likely to get it back twofold. So give what you want to get out of people and wont end up being surprised if people eventually fight back.

TODAY I
Today I realised that if people stopped worrying about what people thought of them then they would lead completely different lifestyles. They probably would have a lot more fun because their inner child would make majority of the decisions.
TODAY I
Today I realised that saying the exact same thing can be taken differently depending on your connection with the person you are conversing with and also with what intent you say it. The intent mirrors how others will communicate with you in the future, so does your emotion you leave with them whether they end up feeling sad, neutral or happy it's all about how you communicate.

TODAY I
Today I realised that just because you can see a fact and be able to prove it, it doesn't mean that someone else is ready to take that on board. We all have views of ourselves and being told that it's a blurred viewpoint doesn't sit well with those who are convinced they know who they are.

TODAY I
Today I realized that going on holidays to refuel your mojo and gain some perspective may seem like a great idea but when you return to reality your new-found beliefs haven't enlightened anyone who hasnt had the holiday experience. Any dilemmas you thought you have avoided haven't found a solution yet and any problems you left behind haven't miraculously improved. How long you remain in a relaxed state of mind depends on how quick you let the stress take hold of you and bring you back where you started to lose yourself and needed a holiday desperately. So unless you are willing to change how you react to others you will always fall in the same troubled pathway where you feel you are stuck without any choices. Doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result is madness. Change your lifestyle and you will change your life.
