The quickest way to get yourself into a depressive state of mind is not to have anything to look forward to. Planning ahead reinforces a positive thought process that enables you to think past your stresses so that you are able to see the light at the end of the tunnel. In life it is important that we are able to differentiate the highs and lows from each other so that we don't get stuck only seeing the negatives in our current situation but rather see the opportunities that are infront of us that will lead us to our preferred lifestyle. Short-term goals and long-term goals are necessary tools to guide you through the steps that you must take in order to achieve your wants. So, if you know what you want in life, you need to take the steps that must be taken in order to have the opportunities that will help make your dreams a reality. Once you allow yourself to dream and pursue those dreams, you will have the power and motivation to guide you through to the next day. So make plans so that you have something to look forward to when the next day comes and dont give in to the easier way by letting your dreams pass you by.
