KIDS OF TODAY

As time passes on and people evolve so does their thought process change to the current times, what used to be considered a normal thought process in the past is now shunned by the people in the present with the added saying "leave the old ways of thinking in the past because we now know a much better way to do things for the people of today". This kind of thinking prevents people from using the worlds past experiences as insightful lessons to help build upon the already solid foundations that were put in place to encourage solidarity in the community by rewarding hard work and perseverance. Those who were willing to stick through the difficult challenges would reap the rewards and benefit from their due diligence to succeed rather than today's generation of the privileged who just give up on things the moment they get hard. The kids of today dont like to be reminded of the past where life was harder because the advantages that they have grown up with now is considered to be normal so why mention what is now a normal part of life to them for that their lifestyle does not stand out to be special compared to any of their friends. The past is no longer seen as an opportunity to learn a lesson from because by choosing to willingly ignore the past they secure their own ideal thoughts and the new times ahead will give them better opportunities without the need of guidance from the past. The mistakes of today's parents is that they believe if they give more to their kids that their kids would appreciate their sacrifices and then their kids will strive to show their parents that they know that they are lucky to have the opportunities that have and that's why they will do all that they can to show their appreciation with their successes. Generally people only appreciate what they have if they are able to connect the dots of the worlds past difficulties to the advantages of their lifestyle, otherwise they will take their privileged lifestyle for granted. So it is our responsibility to condition good behaviour so that they'll appreciate the commitment that it takes to do the right thing and stop rewarding those who take their privileged lifestyle for granted.
