How many of us say the words so easily " I'll do anything !" without the thought of what we've committed ourselves to ? The consequences of those words puts our integrity on the line and it's our past track record that highlights whether we will follow through with our word or just be one of those people who claim everything and do nothing. I'll do anything can jeopardize your integrity so if you want a positive outcome then follow through with your promises.
