HERE ARE MY KEYS

Aging gracefully means more than just aging and your appearances it can mean your state of mind while going through various stages of life. So as much as we don't want to admit that there will come a day where you should hand in your keys in and let someone else drive you to places it is very hard to give up on something you've been doing for longer than you can remember. Letting go of the reins can be hard and even harder for the stubborn minded because they believe letting go is just the beginning of the bigger picture which is accepting your getting old. There are numerous situations where old people refuse to take the advice from their family and friends and ignore the signs that they are no longer capable of making the right decisions for the safety of the people in the community. These dangerous situations could of easily been avoided all because some incapable people are too afraid to slow down and remove them selves from problem. Be smart and be safe or be stupid and put yourself and others at risk.

 

MOTION TO EMOTION

How do you unite a world with so many different point of views? You get people to focus on what they share in common. We as people may seem very different from each other but what brings us together and unites us is our passion for the arts. Painting, Architecture, Sculpture, Music, Poetry, Photography and Performing arts are passions that all communities have blended into their culture. A way of life that removes the fears of our differences and replaces it with the warmth of belonging to the human species. Our love for expression and connections to people remind us that we are in this world together so make it better even if it takes a lifetime because when we leave this world we leave it in the hands of the ones we love, our children.

WHAT DOES LIVING IN A COMMUNITY MEAN TO YOU?

Community defined by a small group of people living together in the attempt to reach a harmonious lifestyle. Each member of the community benefiting from what each other brings to the group, this bond ties themselves to something larger than themselves and highlights that they are an integral part of the community. We live in a community to gain the advantages that being part of a bigger ecosystem will offer which is unified by common interests. You can not take the all the advantages of the communitys offerings and not follow the laws that are put in place to create order. If you disagree with the law become a hermit and follow your own rules by moving where their are like minded people. 

VOICES IN YOUR HEAD

Without a healthy perseverance and control of your mind you may be prone to let negative thoughts in which can take over you and lead your feelings to a bad place where thinking positive is almost impossible. By letting your insecurities take over you you've enabled yourself to become your worst enemy. You must have the mindset to move forward with a positive push to your short-term goals and once in control make grander plans. Be a forward thinker solve your problems one step at a time don't look at problems as a whole break them up and tackle them one problem at a time. Mentally tick off the problems once dealt with and remember if you can't change the end result then only focus on what you can change. Life is made up of ups and downs don't let your downs control the way you feel in your life.

FOLLOW THE RULES OR LIMIT YOUR CHOICES

As retail businesses now will only allow to enter if you show them your vaccination pass this force of government rule brings out the flaws with some peoples personalities. I've heard some customers claim that Australia has become a communist country even though living in a communist country is far different from living in Australia. Some so called customers will get vaccinated but believe by showing their vaccination pass at the door before they enter goes against their privacy. I'm not sure what they thought was going to be the next step after getting the vaccination pass set up on their phone but following the rules halfway will not get you in the door. Some people will get angry and will respond with you have just lost a sale im taking my business elsewhere this threat has lost its validity because those type of irrational people will usually refuse to do what the majority of the community will do and go against the grain which will leave them in the exact position they started in, without a product they were searching for. Those who easily throw around that threat of loss of business are few that's why the business they are trying to threat are usually thriving. 

SET YOUR IMAGINATION FREE

As Einstein quoted "Imagination is more important than knowledge. Knowledge is limited, imagination encircles the world". Kids rely on their imagination to make life more than what it is. Alot of parents try to control what their kids see, think and experience. When their kids grow into adults the world's unfiltered dramas can be a shock to their system. It's not just the pleasant experiences that makes a person development reach its full potential, sometimes the tougher experiences can strengthen a child's growth and empower them to take charge of any uncontrollable situation. Putting a cap on a child's imagination can only halter their maturity and limit their minds growth to a standard that is only controlled by the parameters that the parents feel is appropriate. The key is that every child is different and that's why we shouldn't paint one rule for all kids see what the child is capable of and encourage them to put more effort into their passions. On average girls mature quicker than boys and should treated accordingly. 

THRIVE TO BE ALIVE

We thrive to feel alive with whatever tools we have at our disposal whether it's music to inspire us, exercise to push us past our limits, doing something out of our comfort zone to enthral us, or even breaking an inanimate object to release any built up frustrations, whatever we choose to task ourself with to alleviate any of our prolonged boredom is a blessing. Breaking routine modifys our predictable daily routine and lifts our spirits by reminding us that we are in control and alive. Our daily routine can keep us feeling that we a following a regimented monotonous plain patterned lifestyle which blends our day to day processes and leaves us feeling stuck with nothing to look forward to. It is up to us make the choices that puts us in the drivers seat of our own life and not fall victim of letting your life pass you by. It's up to you to be just like Nike and just do it.

RULES FOR SOME

When following the rules your path is directed to what a governed bodys preferences are. Whether you choose to abide by the rules or try to follow them as close as your dignity will allow your choices can concrete how you are perceived by others. Some of us believe it doesn't matter how you get to the end as long as the result is the same, while others believe their path is paved with challenges that are pronounced because they chose to allow their morals get in the way of following the rules that lay in front of them. Choosing a pathway that only has your best interests at heart will teach others the pattens of your selfish behaviour which will eventually create a mirrored response when they decide to treat you the same way that youve been treating them. You may not believe in karma but it will be proven to be true in the actions of others when they respond to you. Most people will stop treating you better than you treat them because it becomes harder to justify their actions in a rational state of mind.

PREGNANCY DURING COVID

Hi my name is Teresa and for a long time I have wanted to have a family of my own but finding the right person to start a family with has been a challenge. So I have decided that I will do this on my own but with covid looming over our heads it has given me concern to rethink my decision. So i am asking help from anyone who has experience with pregnancy during these tough times. Any advice will be appreciated. 

IRREPLACEABLE YOU

We like to believe that we are uniquely different which makes us feel that we are irreplaceable. Even though we try and create a positive impact to someone's life what we give is hard to measure when comparing the differences of our positive impact to those who are there to replace us. We live our life wanting to be treated with the respect we deserve which usually entails putting our values on the line and leaves us open for criticism. Being vulnerable only takes affect if you let the criticism take over you. If you are confident with who you are you don't need the approval of everyone to keep your integrity intact just those who you admire and respect. We are all replaceable but that doesn't mean that we won't be missed by those we have left a huge impact on. So be yourself even if it means you have ostracised yourself from the rest of society. Your circle of friends will stick with you through thick and thin and that is all that matters.
