VOICES IN YOUR HEAD
Without a healthy perseverance and control of your mind you may be prone to let negative thoughts in which can take over you and lead your feelings to a bad place where thinking positive is almost impossible. By letting your insecurities take over you you've enabled yourself to become your worst enemy. You must have the mindset to move forward with a positive push to your short-term goals and once in control make grander plans. Be a forward thinker solve your problems one step at a time don't look at problems as a whole break them up and tackle them one problem at a time. Mentally tick off the problems once dealt with and remember if you can't change the end result then only focus on what you can change. Life is made up of ups and downs don't let your downs control the way you feel in your life.
