COMPASSION OR NEGLECT

Throughout our life we are thrusted with different types of responsibilities which challenge us to follow certain tasks that can sometimes be contradictory to the harmonious outcome we desire. Roles in which we forced to take part in encourage
us to do what is necessary to get the job done by any means possible channels our strength by grasping onto our animal instincts can distance us further from working without conflict. The more we try and channel our genetically hard wired instincts of self preservation the less our compassionate state of mind controls our choices. Its our animal instincts that pushes us to step over people to get what we want without considering how our actions may affect our fellow colleagues. You can not get people to work in a harmonious environment while at the same instance punish them for not going in harder irrespective of the collateral damage that jumping in without logical thought brings.
