GET OUT (2017)

A young African-American man visits his Caucasian girlfriend's family and slowly discovers that something is very odd with her family. His visit coincides with a family gathering which heightens his senses and forces him to worry because of her whole family who seem to be very focused on everything he does. All the other black people at the family gathering seem to be acting strangely which he decides is all he can take and chooses to bail. This is where the story rushes itself into a crazy place where so much happens in such little time. If this movie paced itself properly it could have stayed in the horror, mystery category rather than straying into comedy where it started to fall apart. An okay just made average movie because of the end which felt like another director took over and preferred it to be crazy.
