BLACK AND WHITE

People would rather close their eyes then acknowledge the truth when it's written in black and white. Only the strong minded people are able to accept the errors in their personal views and move forward. It feels strange to accept that smart people can do stupid things because we see intelligence as covering all spectrums but your level of intelligence is usually focused on your passions. The truth can be painful to accept because it is not filtered and we live in a generation where we try to protect our kids by cotton wooling their experiences. The reality is that the hard truth is not compassionate nor empathetic it just is an answer to the question we find ourselves asking, How come?. The answer doesn't have to be forgiving or fair it is merely the truth to why things are the way that they are and by understanding the why you might be able to come to terms with the reasons that got you here even though your mind finds it difficult to grasp because the truth contradicts your point of view. If you base your core beliefs on untruths you will never beable to build a solid foundation that being mature will allow you to reach which will lead you to gain the skills to beable to build a positive lifestyle. So grow up and remember that learning doesn't stop just because you are out of school, and accept the truth for what it is and not what you would rather it be.
