24 HOURS

We all suffer from the same time constraints in a day, it doesn't matter who you are 24 hours is all you get to achieve what you desire. How you choose to spend your time is based on what you favour as the more important priority for that day. Claiming that time restrictions takes away your power to be able to do more so you shouldn't be blamed for your choices because you are forced into particular decisions doesn't justify how you have chosen how to spend your time and with whom. Priorities are choices that are above other options so using the saying "I just didn't have enough time in the day otherwise i would of done that instead of this" is an excuse that doesn't answer why your priorities were what they were. Time passes on and it is up to you to slow down and priorities your life by not falling in the trap of "If I could I would of. Unless you are locked in a cell that restricts your movement and binds your mouth shut you have no real excuse but the sad reality is the only cell you are in is the prison of  your own mind that puts limitations to the way you think  that relys solely on the foundations of your excuses to thrive.

A BAD TASTE IN THE MOUTH

We all like to think that we are good communicators with every social interaction we have, but how we saw the past conversation go might not reflect how the other person saw it. Whether it's a short conversation with a acquaintance or a deep and meaningful conversation with a close friend we either leave those we converse with, with either a positive impact or a negative impact. Wondering afterwards whether people appreciate your input or not may leave a bad taste in your mouth if it disrupts your version of the truth, this is something you shouldn't need to ask if you are switched on to your social interactions with others. So speak your mind so that others don't assume anything differently from your intended point of view.

THINK WHAT YOU WANT

We might not share the same opinions as those we interact with on a day to day basis, but is a difference of an opinion enough to shut someone down for their views?. Seeing eye to eye on every topic that is brought up is a tough ask when there are so many factors that influence people's opinions. Whether you disagree with what they are standing up for now, you might find yourself agreeing with the words they are communicating on a different occasion. There is little reason that we should give more power to an opinion than is warranted if we don't agree with it, because by allowing their opinions to sway your emotions into overdrive you have already lost. Anger takes away your sensible state of mind and replaces it with a distraught sense of morality. An opinion only has the potential to offend and will only affect you if you allow it. So be bigger and better than the opinions of others and remember to remain clear headed and at your best where your core is at its most righteous.

PERSONAL SPACE

Our boundaries are the safe guards we put in place to let people know this is our personal space and it should not be compromised. If someone feels uncomfortable to use their words to say how they feel their body language takes a lead role by highlighting to others what is acceptable and what is considered out of bounds. Paying careful attention to body language is all you need determine whether what you are saying or what you are doing is seen in a positive light or that you are going too far into their comfort zone. We all have limits and our boundaries may vary so if you show one another mutual respect you would respect each other's boundaries.

CRAMMING MORE IN YOUR DAY

It's easy to think the more you do in a day is better for you than doing less because much more of your daily tasks gets checked off, but your focus should not be on how much tasks you check off but on personal satisfaction. Full days spread with rushed daily tasks hinder the type of expieriences you have with little feeling of satisfaction, whereas doing less daily tasks you'll find that your getting a deeper and more enjoyable experience. We take living a simple life for granted so we think fill it up and do as much as you can in the  time you have left but this is at the sacrifice of rushing what you are already enjoying. Rather than savouring the moment we move on to the next task to check off, living ahead of the curent moment trying to beat the clock and at the same time trying to enjoy life in fast forward which just taints our experiences.

WHAT ROLE DO YOU HAVE?

We all have our roles to play, whether we like it or not. Our defining personalities place us in categories best suited for our characteristics to flourish. We are all searching for our place in the world and where we remain the longest is our most suited place that compliments our well-being. Some people are social butterflies who need to be surrounded by people others like to be in their own company and prefer jobs that allow them to breathe freely without distractions. Whether you chop and change from interest to interest you need to find a place that is as diverse as you are. The only way you'll find your place in the world is to be honest with what makes you tick and follow the job that keeps you motivated. Wanting to be something that you don't have the skillset for will only lead to failure. So priorities yourself and gain the skills to get what you want or change your interests to what is attainable. A man and woman need to know their limitations otherwise they will fail because their passion will help them persevere but their talent will let them down in the end.

WHOS RESPONSIBLE FOR YOU BEING A GOOD PERSON?

If religion was removed from your life would you still have good reasons to be a good person? or Is religion the only reason you are just?. Does the fear of the possible consequences of not appeasing your god influence what decisions you make? or Is it the love that resides in your heart that gives you the confidence to follow your God because God is omniscient. In your eyes God is perfect and infallible so it is only logical to show your commitment by following your religious faith and giving your allegiance. Religion is said to help create an ethical framework by helping build values like love, empathy, respect, and harmony which are values that any right minded person would strive for because they will lead you to happiness. These are also values that your family tries to embed in your life because a parents job is to educate their children and make them into good people that will add to a positive world for everyone within it.

LOOK A DOG WITH A FLUFFY TAIL

Distractions are keeping us from achieving our goals while also hindering us from even beginning our goals. Whether it's our busy lifestyle we lead which leaves us with very little free time or our financial issues that restrict us from chasing our dreams, we are constantly holding ourselves back because in part we are afraid to fail. Lifes unwanted dramas adds another level of difficulty to our progression especially when you try to priorities your life with your long term goals and get hit by a unplanned predicaments which knocks you off your determined course and discourages you to get back on your bike and try again. Living in your comfort zone might be the safest way but it doesn't make it the best way for you because without challenging yourself you could be possibly be missing out on a better future. Fearing losing yourself to failure is already failing because without even giving yourself an opportunity to succeed you've become content with having less. Having this mindset puts you in a place where your confidence is shot and you become your worst enemy. So focus on what you want and write it down so it becomes a real step by step plan to get you what you desire and don't get distracted by the dog with the fluffy tail.

FAMOUS FOR WHAT?

Being famous is being well known by many around the world but there are so many levels of being famous. You may not matter to all but to some you are their idol. So whether its your lifestyle people admire or your fortune people crave what you have achieved is someone else's long term goal. Those who idolise you use your achievements as a reference point that guides them step by step to a pathway that may potentially get them to a reach the gold at the end of the rainbow. So if you are in a position to be famous remember that what your famous for is as important as those people who idolise you. Nobody wants to be famous for being an idiot so be someone that everyone would be proud to share any time with. Whatever type of famous person you are it is the people who are a fan of you that make you famous so be humble and show respect to those people who respect you and your life choices.

GETTING OLD

When you reach a certain age where others would consider you old, you would hope that you have already reached an optimum state of mind. As ageing means your mind and body start to deteriorate and getting old will only magnify your state of mind which is already struggling with the most basic tasks. If old people were selfish as young adults they then  grow into selfish old grumpy people. Old people have even less time to gain the wisdom to learn to be selfless if its not in them to be compassionate and they're not willing to change. We tend to put old people and babies in a similar category of fragility and innocents because at face value they can both seem harmless and wholesome. Where as babies grow to be who they are with the experiences they face, innocents is carried through until they have been corrupted by misguided influences, where as an old persons fragile state makes him or her look innocent but it doesn't mean that he or she is a decent person. Remember if you keep yourself in a negative mindset you would find yourself affected for the worse because your grumpiness would be increased by a higher level the more time passes on and the ageing effects take affect.
