A remake of the successful 1993 TV hit Mighty Morphin Power Rangers tries to create and entice a new audience by making a mature version of the kids hit show. This adaption got lost in the translation because the movie kept on switching between serious adult sci-fi to kids adventure. A group of reckless high-school students, happen to come across an ancient super power that has been lost for thousands of years and have managed to harness its power. By an unfortunate accident they have been infused with unique superpowers, and now have new found abilities that put them in a position to save the world from the evil that wants to destroy earth for the power crystals that make life possible. Watch or play recommends only if you are a dedicated power ranger fan, don't expect much and you might enjoy it a little more than I did.
