Most people change jobs when things get too tough. They figure that leaving their troubles behind is the best and smartest move. But does leaving become the easy get out of trouble option ? rather than trying to work things out because problems may repeat again in the job ahead and leaving your job may mean re routing what you have grown accustomed to ?

JOB HIERARCHY
I love my job and enjoy working with people who I would confidently call my friends. I have recently been promoted to a 2IC and have been instructed by management that I need to distance myself from the staff because they wont respect my authority. I disagree with their views but I do need the promotion and the extra money. What should I do ?

Hi my name is Dave and I work as a computer salesperson, I'm sure this is just your average salesperson problem but I find it frustrating that even when I have good intentions to help my fellow colleges out I seem to find myself in trouble. I feel that if I get involved and try educate newbies that what ever I have said gets turned into poisoning their mind of the sales team member. When I started 5 years ago selling I was naive and lost sales just because I trusted everyone would do the honourable thing and help your fellow team member out but I learnt late that sales is like a jungle and your either toughen up or you'll get eaten alive. Please advise me what would you do ?

Sally field plays an American woman who is duped by her husband to travel to Iran to visit his family for 2 weeks. His ulterior motives don't stand out until its time to leave Iran, now she realises that she is trapped and is now a prisoner to a culture that deprives her of her known freedoms. This movie was based on a true story which helps magnify the atmosphere and makes it a whole lot more immersive a highly recommended movie to add to the watch or play line-up.

TRANSCENDENCE (2014)
Transcendence tackles a story of a scientist's who strives to create an artificial intelligence that can use all our discovered knowledge to help humanity transcend to a greater level of existence. Dr Will Caster (Johnny Depp), life takes a dangerous turn when his consciousness is uploaded into the A.I and gives him the power to change the world. This movie has a story that has been told over and over but takes too long to captivate the audience. The last half an hour of the movie was interesting enough but the start and the middle dragged out which left you disappointed with why it took so long to show you the power of the A.I is capable of. Watch or play recommends only watching with little expectations of getting a full entertaining experience.

EVEN PLAYING FIELD
Team work is only effective when the same rules that keep the team in sync are applied and followed. Without an even playing field "How do you follow the ever changing rules ?". "We are all in the same boat" has little relevance if we don't share the same consequences when the rules are tested. So how many of us are confident to claim that equality is part of their daily routine.
