BAD MOMS (2016)

This movie had the right ingredient from a talented task to a funny premise that is easily relatable because of common issues we all face today with our own family's.The questions that parents ask them selves one time or another "Are we doing the right thing for our kids?, Are we good parents?. Mila Kunis leads the pack with two other moms who's characters add depth to the movie because of their unique differences to one another. Their new found beliefs that its now moms turn for a little overdue freedom creates the set for disaster when a mum skips her responsibilities. To all the overworked and under-appreciated moms that are pushed beyond their limits, its now their turn which leads to funny scenario after scenario. But this was no hangover trilogy because their were times jokes were stretched or just a little hit and miss which turned a good movie to its just average, watching it on netflix is worth it but the big screen cinema you'd want more entertainment for your money.

TED (2012)

Ted is a movie that may rely on it's corny story to grab its audience attention and is successful in certain parts. It has the courage to make fun of its own story so that way any joke that doesn't reach the audience can be claimed as intentional mocking and not really trying to be funny. The stupid and funny parts of the movie seemed to coincide, you were never so lost in the humour that it would force you to laugh uncontrollably. Getting Seth MacFarlane to bring out Peter Griffin jokes seemed to make you think of the Family Guy and start forgetting Ted. The success of family guy overshadowed this movie which in turn gave you the same sort of expectations that you would expect when watching any other Seth MacFarlene's masterpiece. This was an entertaining movie in parts. The cameos are enough for you to watch the movie but not enough for you to love the movie, even though just the site of Ted could make you laugh.

FAR CRY 3 (XBOX 360)

Far cry 3 takes the good from the earlier Far cry games and removes some of the limitations that the earlier predecessors seemed to have. It is a game that has a huge open world that can sometimes distract you from the story because some of the mini tasks are as fun as the main story tasks. The story is so captivating that even after playing the game, you could easily sit down to watch a movie based on the action game. The opening scene throws you hard in the action forcing you to focus hard so you wouldn't miss out on the great visuals and a story that doesn't slow down till your out of the line of fire. The game doesn't hold back with extras, more of everything in the game makes you believe if they bring a Far cry 4 out how could they improve on it when their isn't much you'd change. A must buy game to add to your collection and a game you'd definitely play more than once. So buy it now and enjoy the huge world of Far cry 3.

THE INCREDIBLE BURT WONDERSTONE (2013)

Sometimes a great cast seems to be doomed for a movie failure because the stars of the show try to shine brighter and demand more close-ups. But this movie is an exception the actors bounced of each other. They complimented each other by pushing you further and further into a out of control laughter. The humour seemed not to be scripted as if the director just told the comedians just be yourselves and do what you think will make the audience laugh. The movie felt as if a lot of it was improvised and not following any rules. All the cast had you entertained with a seriousness of true comedy, the only let down was the comedy build up seemed to fizzle fast at the end as if the director thought that's enough of being funny so we better soon roll the credits, and told the actors to wind it down because we don't want people to lose interest because its better to finish the movie on a high note. Or possibly they couldn't think of a better ending. So watch the movie and enjoy even if it means going on a toilet break during the last part of the movie which will force you to miss out on the ending.

FUSSY EATER

My son is a very fussy eater. Every meal is a challenge and no matter how much variety of food I try with him all he wants is milk. When he does eat it is in such small amounts that he says he's full and that he doesn't want any more but hours later he wants more food. Is anyone having a similar problem?

RAPTURE PALOOZA (2013)

A comedy that takes out of the seriousness of religion and tries to make fun of the apocalypse while trying to tie in a prophecies from the bible. John Francis Daley goes to battle with the Antichrist to save his girlfriend Anna Kendrick from marrying Craig Robinson who as the Antichrist wants Anna to be with him. Craig presence was the centre comedy attraction in Rapture Palooza and his unique comedy antics made this movie watchable. Craig as the Antichrist is able to let loose with cheeky comments that propel the movies rating to a rated R classification. Only the Antichrist could get away with the low down, below the belt comments which seem to fit Craig Robinson unique humour. This movie could of been better if focused more on the story and less on the comedy, it felt that it took some of the comedy scenes too far and didn't leave any seriousness for the story to take. It almost felt as if the director was making fun out of his own movie rather than letting the jokes be a part of the movie, the jokes felt the were the only part of the movie that stood out. It felt little disappointing considering they had such a great cast.

THE LAST EXORCISM 2 (2013)

The last Exorcism part two continued the story where the previous movie ended. The sequel didn't manage to hold your attention as much as its earlier predecessor and lacked the intrigue that followed Nell Sweetzer demonic possession. In part two most of the horror was induced through scare pop up scenes which got a bit predictable because the camera zooming techniques allowed for the observant viewer to not get distracted by the star and predict that something was about to pop up and try to surprise the unprepared audience. The story ran slow and dragged out without much explanation of why she was taken over again and the significance of her destiny, which would of helped to create a connection between the Nell and the viewer if the story was the focused on and not the random scare pop ups that seemed to go on and on. A disappointing sequel that should of focused on the foundation of its predecessor. Watch part one if you fancy to get a little scared and ignore this addition because it doesn't add depth nor is is scary.

IMAGINAERUM (2012)

An interesting way to show the story of an old mans battle with his affliction of dementia and how he manages to fight the minds deterioration process through his coma. His dementia was the catalyst of the old man losing his memory and what was truly important to him, his daughter. His inability to grasp hold of his memory was the reason he lost himself to the darkness of his fears which overtook his rational state of mind. The fantasy he was forced to create in his subconscious mind wasn't bound by the limits of the real world. The possibilities were endless and the opportunities the director had to take advantage of his imagination allowed him to create an immersed movie experience. The dream like state that induced the audience trapped your mind into the fears of a young boy who never learnt to deal with his early childhood misfortunes. Eventually the darkness of his fears crept back in his life and created flashbacks of his early childhood sufferings which he couldn't handle and dementia followed. This movie deserves two thumbs up for originality and a well done for execution. A must see for those who like to lose themselves in the movie experience.

WARM BODIES (2013)

Warm Bodies rose to the challenge by creating a zombie movie with a difference, Jonathan Levine managed to show you the perspective of a zombie which never gets a mention because the survivors fight for survival, Carry's a more interesting story with the viewers. The movie still managed to keep the foundations of a zombie UN-life and added a new dimension to what we've grown to accept as normal in zombie movies. The unique story of a zombie called R played by Nicholas Caradoc Hoult who found he's humanity through a girl named Julie played by actress Teresa Palmer shows us the simple things that can be neglected when we disconnect ourselves from our emotions . R's emotional comeback allows for some witty wise cracks that can create uncomfortable flashback of what life is like discovering how to express yourself with out coming across like a zombie. A must watch for any Horror, Comedy and Romance  fan.
